Who we are

Divorce Bob (divorcebob.com) is operated by Two Cores Operations Ltd, registered in England and Wales. We provide self-help divorce document preparation for customers in the United States. We are not a law firm. You can reach us any time through the contact page.

What we collect

Case details. When you submit our intake form after purchase we collect the information needed to prepare your documents: your name and email, your spouse's name, your filing state, whether you have children under 18, and whatever you choose to tell us about your situation. Divorce is personal; we treat this information as strictly confidential, use it only to prepare your documents, and never sell it or use it for advertising.

Order details. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and never touches our servers. We receive your name, email, and order status so we can fulfil your purchase.

Messages and signups. If you use the contact form or join the newsletter we keep what you submit so we can reply and send you what you asked for. Newsletter emails always include an unsubscribe link.

Usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, device type, approximate location). This is aggregated and not used to identify you.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that make the product work: Stripe (payments), Netlify (hosting and form handling), Resend (email delivery), and Google Analytics (usage statistics). Each processes data on our behalf under their own security terms. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share your case details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Retention

We keep case information for as long as needed to prepare and deliver your documents and handle any revisions under our guarantee, then delete it. Order records are retained as required for tax and accounting law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by contacting us. California residents have these rights under the CCPA; we honour the same rights for everyone regardless of state. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date above. Material changes will be flagged to recent customers by email.
