Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of purchase, we issue a full refund. No questions asked, no forms to argue with. This covers the $299 package and any add-ons on the same order.

Reply to your receipt email, or use the contact page with the email address you paid with. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Separately from the 30-day guarantee: if a court rejects documents we prepared for a reason related to our preparation, we revise and redeliver at no charge, however long ago you ordered. Court filing fees are charged by your county court, not by us, so we cannot refund those.

The guarantee is there for people the service did not work for, not as a way to get free documents. If a refunded order's documents are then filed with a court, we may decline future orders.
