What Divorce Bob is (and is not)

Divorce Bob, operated by Two Cores Operations Ltd (registered in England and Wales), prepares uncontested divorce documents at your specific direction, using the information you provide. We are not a law firm, we are not your attorney, and no attorney-client relationship is created by using this site. We cannot tell you what you should do, represent you in court, or give legal advice. If your divorce is contested, or you are unsure of your rights, talk to a licensed attorney in your state.

The service

For the flat fee shown at checkout we prepare the forms required for an uncontested divorce filing in your state, based on the details you give us in the intake form, and deliver them with step-by-step filing instructions. Standard turnaround is 24 hours from receiving complete intake details; the expedited add-on shortens this to 4 hours. Court filing fees charged by your county are separate and are paid by you to the court.

Your responsibilities

You confirm the information you give us is accurate and complete, that your case is uncontested (you and your spouse agree to divorce), and that you meet your state's residency requirements. You are responsible for reviewing the documents before signing and filing them, and for filing them with the correct court.

Guarantee and refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, described in full in our refund policy. If a court rejects documents we prepared for a reason related to our preparation, we revise and redeliver at no charge.

Liability

We prepare documents with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee any particular legal outcome. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to submit false information, to harass anyone, or to attempt to disrupt our systems. We may decline or refund any order at our discretion.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without affecting any consumer protections you are entitled to in your state of residence. Questions? Use the contact page and a human will reply.
